Sunrun ILSFA Rebates and Interconnection Representative in Madison, Wisconsin

Overview

The ILSFA rebate representative is responsible for facilitating incentive paperwork for Sunrun Installations directly associated with the Illinois Solar for All (ILSFA) program. This person will interact regularly with internal teams and external incentive programs. ILSFA brings affordable solar energy, more savings, and a brighter tomorrow to families and communities throughout Illinois.

This role has been opened exclusively for current students or recent graduates of ILSFA-qualified job training programs (such as FEJA) in the class of 2021 or later.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor Dashboard for rebate-related tasks

  • Apply for rebates within Service Level Agreement

  • Process corrections from utilities and involve responsible parties to return requested information in a timely manner

  • Manage and complete the rebate reservation process within Service Level Agreement

  • Complete rebate confirmation tasks within Service Level Agreement

  • Generate Rebate Claim documents and send them to the customer within Service Level Agreement

  • If the Claim doc has not been returned in a timely manner, follow up with the customer-facing team to ensure timely submission to the rebate program

  • Prepare and Submit Claim documents to the rebate program

  • Communicate delays, updates, and requirement changes from the rebate program to other internal departments

  • Investigate delays and follow up with rebate program for outstanding incentive approvals and payments

Qualifications

  • Must be a current student or graduate from the class of 2021 or later of an ILSFA-qualified job training program (such as FEJA)

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends

  • Possess a positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills

  • Effective communication skills across all levels and departments of the organization

  • Understand the organizational structure and processes and use that understanding to make appropriate business decisions and process movement

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to understand key business concepts at a macro level

  • Good team player

  • Good analytical and structured problem-solving skills

  • Be flexible and able to prioritize and complete a variety of simultaneous tasks with a high level of organization

  • Ability and willingness to learn and adapt quickly to rapidly evolving business processes

  • Strong Internet and research skills

  • Ability to work independently

It assumes that the successful candidate will be located in markets within the United States that warrant the compensation listed. Candidates in locations outside this local area may have a different starting salary range for this opportunity which may be higher or lower. Please speak with your recruiter to learn more.

The starting salary/wage for this opportunity is: $17.95 to $22.44

Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, which is based on company and individual performance, short and long term incentives, and program-specific awards.
